communications. In addition, she has 10 years in a technical and
analytical capacity.
As Operations Manager for a major petroleum additive company, Joan was
responsible for inventory control, negotiating pricing from suppliers and
billing & collections.
Previously Joan worked with Coors Brewing Company as a Flavor Control
Analyst. While there she developed training programs for all levels of Executives, Management and Production personnel, to ensure product
quality control evaluation methods. She was instrumental in developing a
multi-plant reporting system to analyze field data.
Joan was recognized by the Governor for outstanding work performance and
